Larry Neal
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Neal has extensive experience leading transformational growth strategies across the data and technology industries. He recently served as the President and Co-Founder of GoExpedi, an online energy procurement services provider.
Prior to founding GoExpedi, Mr. Neal spent nearly 20 years in senior leadership roles at S&P Global. Most recently he served as President of the commodity price reference agency, S&P Platts. In this role Mr. Neal drove impressive growth, nearly tripling the revenue of the business during his tenure.
Through organic growth and M&A, he greatly expanded the analytics and workflow capabilities at S&P Platts, enhancing the company’s customer value proposition and establishing its market leadership in commodity data and information.
Prior to S&P Platts, he led significant performance improvements at both the S&P Equity Research and S&P Index Services businesses. He started his career at General Electric and IBM. Mr. Neal is currently an independent director at GTCR portfolio company Lexipol and he served on the boards of the firm’s previous portfolio companies Optimal Blue and Callcredit.
Alex Watson
Chief Operating Officer
Alex Watson is an experienced operations executive with 20+ years in senior leadership roles, most recently within the RELX information and analytics businesses. His most recent role was at LexisNexis Legal & Professional, where he served as Chief Operating Officer, including responsibility for data operations, customer services, customer experience, and the RELX global shared services center.
Prior to his COO role, Watson was Executive Vice President of Global Operations for LexisNexis after previously leading global editorial operations for the Elsevier Science & Health division of RELX. Watson’s early career was in software and data services startups in the UK. He holds a master’s degree in English Language & Literature from the University of Edinburgh.
Jenny Buchholz
Chief Financial Officer
Jenny Buchholz is an experienced CFO with more than 20 years in senior finance leadership roles. As CFO, Buchholz leads Cisive’s Finance Division and partners with the executive team to achieve Cisive’s strategic growth initiatives.
Prior to joining Cisive, Buchholz served as CFO at Captivate, overseeing FP&A, Accounting, Pricing & Planning, and HR.
Prior to Captivate, Buchholz was the Head of Corporate Finance at Knotel. In that role, she was a key member of the executive team and responsible for critical strategic and operational decisions for the company. She oversaw financial planning and analysis, investor relations, and capital raising.
Before Knotel, Buchholz held Strategy and Finance roles across various industries at companies including NBA, Discovery Communications, eBay, and BCG. Jenny holds an MBA from MIT Sloan.
Alan Gordon
Chief Information Officer
Alan Gordon currently serves as the Chief Information Officer at Cisive.
Mr. Gordon has over 27 years of information technology experience, including: web-based system development; enterprise architecture (both .NET and J2EE); project management; and complex system integration. He has been with Cisive for 18 years, by way of acquisition.Mr. Gordon leads Cisive’s team of information technology professionals and is responsible for the development of Cisive’s technology solutions, including our artificial intelligence initiatives, Cisive Exchange, mobile applications, the I-9/E-Verify process, and more. His team has successfully integrated with countless ATS, HRIS, DMS, and ERP systems for a completely configurable, compatible solution, providing a seamless process for our clients.
Prior to joining Cisive, Mr. Gordon launched and later sold a technology firm that specialized in creating software in the HR field where he pioneered paper-less office systems with e-signature technology. He was also a senior consultant at a boutique NYC consulting firm with a specialization in the architectural, construction, and engineering industries. At this firm, he worked on several large-scale systems, including the management software for a multibillion-dollar construction project for New York’s Department of Environmental Protection.
Mr. Gordon has a BBA degree from Hofstra University.
Zach Daigle
President, PreCheck
Zach Daigle, President for PreCheck, has been with the company since 2003 and has amassed over 15 years of healthcare specific compliance, credentialing and background screening experience. His expertise extends beyond personnel qualification screening and monitoring to building transformational and technology enabled compliance programs for healthcare organizations. With a background that includes leading customer service, product development, sales, marketing and operations teams, Zach offers a unique perspective and exciting vision for PreCheck. Throughout his career, he has a history of driving strong organic growth by building exceptional teams and sophisticated technology to solve the industry’s toughest challenges. Zach has been a member of the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA) since 2004.
Bruce Berger

Mr. Berger joined Cisive in 1995. As the Corporate Secretary, he is responsible for the official corporate records, public filings, licensure, legal research, and legal and regulatory affairs. He is also the leader of the “corporate security” function, which includes the physical security and safety of the corporate entity, employees, facilities, and assets. Mr. Berger is responsible for maintaining and overseeing incident response planning and risk management. On Sept. 23, 2013, he was named Chief Compliance Officer and on April 2, 2018 he was named Data Protection Officer.
While at Cisive, Mr. Berger was previously responsible for the ongoing research, development, and maintenance of the company's state-of-the-art criminal history, public record repository/vendor network, and the initiator of the VendorComm system. He was also formerly responsible for Cisive’s Investigative Services (CIS), competitive intelligence functions, international capabilities, and other special projects.
When Mr. Berger joined the Cisive team, he had more than nine years of experience in the background and commercial investigative industries. At Cisive, he was promoted from Special Project Manager to Director — Special Projects in 1998 and subsequently to Vice President in 1999. Mr. Berger was elected as Corporate Secretary in 2000.
Mr. Berger is Cisive’s representative to the Professional Background Screening Association (PBSA), formerly the National Association of Professional Background Screeners (NAPBS). He has served as a member of the NAPBS Board of Directors and the Ethics Committee. Mr. Berger served as Chairperson of the Accreditation Task Force in 2009 and subsequently Chairperson of the Background Screening Credentialing Council (BSCC). He was instrumental in the rollout of the industry accreditation program, which was officially announced and launched by Mr. Berger at the 2009 NAPBS Annual Convention.
Prior to joining Cisive, Mr. Berger held management positions with Equifax Services Inc. (aka ChoicePoint Inc.), in San Francisco, CA.; Cincinnati, OH; Great Neck, N.Y.; and Hartford, CT. He is a former patrolman with the State of Connecticut.
Mr. Berger received his B.S. in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Political Science, from the University of New Haven, West Haven, CT. He has formal training in Total Quality Management and Process Improvement, and is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) and the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). On September 14, 2017, he received his designation as a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP).
John Davidson
Senior Vice President, Strategic Supplier Relationships
Mr. Davidson is Senior Vice President of the Research Division. John is responsible for overseeing all aspects of investigation, case analysis, and quality control within the division. Mr. Davidson’s efforts enhance Cisive’s performance and increase efficiency throughout all of Cisive, specifically in Operations, HR, Sales, IT, and Finance. Within the financial realm, John is part of the budget planning process and oversees short- and long-term financial and operational goals for the division. In addition, John assists with sales and marketing and serves as an executive sponsor for some of Cisive’s largest clients.
Mr. Davidson joined Cisive in 2000 as a customer service representative and steadily earned his way through the ranks becoming the Director of Customer Service, Vice President, and now Senior Vice President. Prior to his promotion to Senior Vice President, John served as the Vice President of Operations for the Research Division.
Prior to joining Cisive, John served as an Infantry Non-commissioned Officer in the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Army. It is with this background in mind that John serves to assist our senior leadership in identifying service members for Cisive’s philanthropic endeavors, such as partnering with 4 Wheel To Heal to donate Trackchairs to our combat-wounded service members. John helped Cisive work with the Warrior Transition Battalion, a United States Army command that provides and facilitates care to combat- and non-combat-wounded soldiers.
James Hunsrao
General Manager & Vice President, Cisive Global
James joined Cisive Global in 2019 and is responsible for all operational activities in the Asia Pacific region with ownership of the Hong Kong, Malaysia and India operations teams.
He is backed by over 10 years of leadership experience in managing sizeable and diverse workforce, optimizing service delivery, spearheading markets operations and organizational transformation; and streamlining day-to-day operations in fast-paced environments requiring a strategic focus.
Prior to joining Cisive Global, James worked in the airlines and telecommunications industries, and more recently for a global leading professional association where he held senior positions in service and operations function.
Jennifer Clark
President, ScreenID
Jennifer Clark is President and General Manager of ScreenID. She is responsible for assisting in the formulation of the company’s business strategy, oversight of the operations, support of client relationships and development of new business areas. Jennifer’s efforts enhance ScreenID's performance and increase efficiency, specifically in operations, sales and finance.
Jennifer joined ScreenID, formerly Inquiries Screening, in 2003 working in support of sales and business development and developing new strategic focus areas for the company. She supported both operational and business development efforts resulting in growth of the company from a regional provider of background screening to an expansive six operating divisions on a national and International scale. In 2017, when five of the six operating divisions of Inquiries, Inc. joined the Cisive family as Inquiries Screening, Jennifer took on the roll of President and General Manager.
Jennifer has been through the process of certification as an Office of Personnel Management Investigator as well as a certified Adjudicator. She has engaged in professional speaking engagements on several areas within the personnel security industry and emerging markets within.
Ms. Clark has a B.S. in Marketing from the George Mason University School of Management.
