Cisive Announces Appointment of Michael Kucza as Chief Financial Officer

Cisive, a leading provider of tech-enabled and compliance-driven human capital management and risk management solutions, is pleased to announce that Michael Kucza has joined its management team as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Kucza is based in the corporate office in Holtsville, New York, and reports directly to James Owens, Cisive’s CEO.

“As CFO, Mike will be responsible for leading the finance department and partnering with our executive team to achieve our strategic growth initiatives.” said Owens. Mr. Kucza is a seasoned financial executive and comes to Cisive with over 20 years of executive-level leadership experience driving operationally-focused financial initiatives within a variety of organizations. Prior to joining Cisive, Mr. Kucza was the Chief Financial Officer of the Investor Communications Solutions Segment at Broadridge Financial Services.

Mr. Kucza holds a B.S. from Wharton School of Business and he earned his MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.
