Cisive Announces Paul Jackson Has Joined Its Team as SVP of Business Development
We are excited to announce that Paul Jackson has joined Cisive as Senior Vice President of Business Development. Paul comes to Cisive with 25 years of senior-level sales and sales management experience with 15+ years providing Human Resources and Corporate Security solutions to customers ranging from mid-size to Fortune 100.
In this role, Paul leads a team responsible for all aspects of business development strategy, sales, alliances and marketing. "I'm proud to join a company where compliance is behind every decision. At Cisive, we consult with our customers to educate them on compliant processes, procedures and products. We simply don't cut corners.", Paul stated.
Prior to joining Cisive, Mr. Jackson was the VP of Sales for Assess Systems, a company focused on providing behavioral-based, job-fit assessments for pre-employment and employee development. Paul was also VP of Sales at CVM Solutions, a supplier diversity data provider and Director of Enterprise Sales at HireRight, a pre-employment screening provider.
In addition to building and leading world-class sales organizations, Paul has worked in direct sales providing technology-based Human Resource solutions to multi-national organizations. The key to Paul's success is working with customers to understand where processes and procedures can be improved and providing transparent and ethical feedback on solutions to problems.
Paul holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He resides in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area with his wife, Brandi, and their three daughters.
